With a sound background in Food Science and Nutrition,
Audrey has the ability to convey complex messages in a down to earth, easy to understand manner, to all age groups. Audrey's
career took her all over the world and gained her extensive food ingredients and processing knowledge. Along with her
recipe development expertise, she particularly excels in the area of the translation of healthy food concepts into approachable,
simple recipes that everyone from children to adults can use. The past three years of writing experience has enabled her to
develop an informative, uncomplicated writing style, which is of great importance as her area of expertise often involves
complex science and involved concepts. All of these skills were crucial in the production of the recipes and text for both
books she has written and edited. Her experience and knowledge has enabled her to become an expert in food science, omega
3 and health, food ingredients and nutrition to name but a few.
