Stefan writes 'Audrey’s an absolutely fantastic
contributor. I was particularly impressed
with the way she managed to avoid patronising our subjects, despite revealing that their preconceptions about their conditions
were almost certainly wrong, and at the same time give them information that was both fascinating and informative. She was
well-informed, well-researched and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.'
Audrey also contributed to
the MSG section in the accompanying book 'Stefan Gates on E Numbers' (Cassell 2010).
